TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT STUDY AND RESEARCH INTO RELATIONS BETWEEN SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTIONS, INDUSTRY AND PARLIAMENT (AND TO PUBLISH THE USUAL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH) AND TO THAT END TO ESTABLISH WESTMINSTER FELLOWS.
