(II) THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION IN THE CONTINENT OF AFRICA. (III) TO CARRY OUT SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE CONTINENT OF AFRICA AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
