(C) TO RELIEVE POVERTY (AND ANY DISTRESS ARISING THEREFROM) CREATED BY SUDDEN OR UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES AFFECTING CLERGY OR THEIR FAMILIES MISSIONARIES OR CHRISTIAN LAY PEOPLE SERVING AT HOME AND OVERSEAS.
