THE METHOD OF ACHIEVING THE AIM OF THE ASSOCIATION IS BY PROVIDING AN ENJOYABLE AND ATTRACTIVE SCHEME OF PROGRESSIVE TRAINING, BASED ON THE SCOUT PROMISE AND LAW AND GUIDED BY ADULT LEADERSHIP.
