TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF PENTRE GWYN, TANYCOED AND COED Y BRYN HOUSING ESTATES WREXHAM AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLICITAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORIEITS, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE TEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
