(2) SUBJECT AS HEREINAFTER PROVIDED, THE SAID LAND AND BUILDINGS SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL AND RECREATION GROUND AS AFORESAID.
