(2) TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY COMMUNICANT MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WHO HAVE BEEN CONCERNED WITH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION IN THE PRINCIPLES OF THE CHURCH AND WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS.
