TO ENDEAVOUR TO AID TIN THE ERECTION OF SIGNPOSTS AND REPAIR OF FOOTBRIDGES WITH LABOUR, WHERE THE LANDOWNER OF AUTHORITY REQUEST SUCH ASSISTANCE.
