TO PREVENT THE ABUSE OF SUCH RIGHTS, ESPECIALLY DAMAGE TO CROPS, PROPERTY, TREES, ETC AND THE DEPOSITING OF LITTER. TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE LOCAL ENVIRONMENT, OFFER HELP TO FARMERS AND LANDOWNERS IN DEFINING FOOTPATHS. TO ENDEAVOUR TO AID TIN THE ERECTION OF SIGNPOSTS AND REPAIR OF FOOTBRIDGES WITH LABOUR, WHERE THE LANDOWNER OF AUTHORITY REQUEST SUCH ASSISTANCE.
