TO PROMOTE THE SUPPORT OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES AT VICTORIA SCHOOL AND IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR SUCH CHILDREN.
