THE RESIDUE OF THE SAID NET INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS OF EITHER SEX RESIDENT IN THE PARLIAMENTARY BOROUGH OF WORCESTER WHO HAVE NOT OBTAINED TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
