ONE HALF OF THE SAID NET INCOME TO ENABLE MANAGERS OR GOVERNORS OF ANY AIDED SCHOOL IN THE DIOCESE OF WORCESTER WHEREIN RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION IS GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF THE C OF E TO CONCUR IN ANY FINANCIAL SCHEMES OPERATED BY THE DIOCESE OF WORCESTER AND MAY MAKE PAYMENTS OUT OF THE SAID NET INCOME IN CONNECTION THEREWITH. 2. THE RESIDUE OF THE SAID NET INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS OF EITHER SEX RESIDENT IN THE PARLIAMENTARY BOROUGH OF WORCESTER WHO HAVE NOT OBTAINED TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
