[a] To organise or provide or to assist in the organisation or provision of facilities to encourage and enable young persons of any gender at school or in further or higher education to play Rugby Union football and thereby to promote their physical education and development[b] To organise or provide or to assist in the organisation or provision of facilities for young persons of any gender under the age of Twenty years who by reason of their youth or social and economic circumstances have need of such facilities to play Rugby Union footballIn furtherance of the purposes hereinbefore mentioned (but without limiting the generality thereof)[1] to provide or assist in the provision of courses lectures demonstrations and coaching for such young persons of any gender aforesaid in Rugby Union football[ii] to promote and provide or assist in the promotion and provision of courses lectures demonstrations and coaching for school teachers student teachers and youth leaders for the purpose of training such persons in the organisation supervision and coaching of Rugby Union football[iii] to provide or prepare or assist in the provision or preparation of charts publications films and other coaching aids for use in connection with the courses lectures demonstrations and coaching hereinbefore referred to[iv] to organise and promote or assist in the organisation and promotion of programmes of matches for such young persons of any gender aforesaid on a local regional national or international basis in Rugby Union football[v] to do all such things as may appear to the Trustees in their uncontrolled discretion to be necessary to the purposes aforesaid or any of them.
