TO HOLD A COLLECTION OF ARTIFACTS IN A SUITABLE BUILDING OR PREMISES REFLECTING AND GEOGRAHY, HISTORY AND NATURAL HISTORY, ARCHITECTURE, ENVIRONMENT AND TRADITIONS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT 2. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE GEOGRAPHY, HISTORY AND NATURAL HISTORY AND ARCHITECTURE OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT. 3. TO SERCURE THE PRESERVATION, PROTECTION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. 4. TO STIMULATE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
