The Charity’s Objects are specifically restricted to the following:-3.1 to preserve for the benefit of the inhabitants of the County of West Midlands and of the nation at large, whatever of the historical, architectural and constructional heritage may exist in or around the said county in the form of buildings (including any building as defined in Section 290 (1) of the Town and County Planning Act, 1971) of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional interest and to advance the education of the public in the area of benefit with regards to architects, architectural matters, historic buildings, architectures and construction projects.
