(B) TO PROMOTE AND ORGANISE CO-OPERATION IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ABOVE PURPOSE AND TO THAT END TO BRING TOGETHER REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
