(B) THE PROVISION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM SICKLE CELL ANAEMIA, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
