C) TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES, AND DEVELOP CREATIVE SKILLS AND FORMS OF EXPRESSION ACHIEVED THROUGH THE MEDIUMS OF WELSH AND ENGLISH; TO ENCOURAGE THOSE CELEBRATING THE WELSH LANGUAGE, CULTURE AND HISTORY; AND TO EMBRACE AND REFLECT LINGUISTIC AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY. D) TO PROVIDE A VERSATILE AND WELL EQUIPPED WORKSHOP, TRAINING, REHEARSAL AND PERFORMANCE SPACE.
