THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME THEREOF IN SUCH MANNERS AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DIRECT TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FUNDS OR INSTITUTIONS (THAT IS TO SAY):- A) THE GRAND LODGE OF MARK MASTER MASONS FUND OF BENEVOLENCE, AND B) ANY SUCH OTHER MASONIC FUND OR FUNDS OR INSTITUTIONS AS SHALL BE WHOLLY AND EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE IN ITS OR THEIR OBJECTS. PROVIDED THAT THE APPLICATION OF CAPITAL FOR SAID CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND THE APPLICATION OF MONEY (WHETHER CAPITAL OF INCOME) TOWARDS ANY PARTICULAR OR MORE OF THE SAID CHARITABLE PURPOSES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO SUCH EXPRESS RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS (IF ANY) AS A DONOR MAY PRESCRIBE.
