(II) THE RELIEF OF PHYSICALLY DISABLED IN CLEVELAND AND ELSEWHERE FROM THE DISABILITIES ATTENDANT UPON THEIR HANDICAP, PARTICULARLY, ALTHOUGH NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SHORT-STAY HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION.
