TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE STUDY OF MEDICINE AND ALLIED SCIENCES BY THE ESTABLISHMENT, EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF MEDICAL LIBRARIES AND LABORATORIES WITH FACILITIES FOR MEDICAL AND SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH, A PATHOLOGICAL MUSEUM AND ADEQUATE BUILDINGS WITH MODERN AND ANCILLARY AIDS FOR POST-GRADUATE MEDICAL TEACHING.TO PROVIDE THE MEANS OF FREQUENT PROFESSIONAL CONTACT BETWEEN HOSPITAL STAFF,GENERAL PRACTITIONERS.PUBLIC HEALTH AND OTHER DOCTORS, DENTISTS, NURSES AND PERSONS ENGAGED IN ALLIED PROFESSIONS THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF CLINICAL MEETINGS,PATHOLOGICAL CONFERENCES,SCIENTIFIC SOCIETY MEETINGS,ORGANISED LECTURES,SEMINARS, AND TEACHING OF EVERY KIND.THE ENGAGEMENT AND REMUNERATION OF SUITABLE STAFF FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE SAID LIBRARIES AND LABORATORIES AND TO ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION OF POST-GRADUATE MEDICAL RESEARCH.TO PAY AND CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS THE EXPENSES OF ANY MEDICAL OR DENTAL PRACTITIONERS AND ALLIED PROFESSIONALS, INCLUDING ASSOCIATED STUDENTS TO UNDERTAKE ANY SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL OR RESEARCH ACTIVITY OR MAKE ANY REPORT.TO PROVIDE AND EQUIP AND MAINTAIN A BUILDING OR BUILDINGS FOR THE PURPOSES OF MEETINGS,LECTURES,DEMONSTRATIONS, RESEARCH AND ALL OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST.
