IN PROVIDING MAINTENANCE GRANTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY PERSON WHO SHALL HAVE BEEN AWARDED A SCHOLARSHIP OR EXHIBITION TENABLE AT ANY UNIVERSITY OR AT ANY INSTITUTION OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY OTHER PERSON WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED SUITABLE BY THE TRUSTEES TO BENEFIT FROM ATTENDANCE AT A UNIVERSITY OR INSTITUTION OF UNIVERSITY EDUCATION. THE GRANTS SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS WITH POWER TO THE TRUSTEES TO EXTEND THE PERIOD (AS THEY MAY THINK FIT) AND SHALL NOT SAVE IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED ú15 IN EACH YEAR TO ANY ONE PERSON.
