THE INCOME SHALL BE APPLIED IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (1) IN ASSISTING THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL TO DEFRAY THE COST OF MEETING THEIR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1981 WITH RESPECT TO THE MAINTENANCE OF THE SCHOOL. (2) IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN PROVIDING SPECIAL BENEFITS AT THE SCHOOL OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. (3) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO ARE ATTENDING OR WHO HAVE ATTENDED THE FORMER HEVERSHAM GRAMMAR SCHOOL IN SUCH WAYS AS THE GOVERNORS THINK FIT.
