IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OUTFITS, CLOTHING, TOOLS, INSTRUMENTS OR BOOKS TO THE BENEFICIARY ON LEAVING SCHOOL OR HIGHER INSTITUTIONS. BY AWARDING BURSARIES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TO ENABLE SUCH PERSON TO TRAVEL TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION. BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE SUCH PERSONS TO STUDY MUSIC OR OTHER ARTS.
