1. THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE TO:(I) ADVANCE, IN SUCH WAYS AS THE EPISCOPAL GOVERNORS THINK FIT, THE ROMAN CATHOLIC FAITH. (II) PROVIDE A COLLEGE FOR EDUCATING CATHOLICS IN THEOLOGY, PHILOSOPHY AND RELATED SCIENCES AND OTHER SUBJECTS OF EDUCATIONAL VALUE. (III) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND TO PROMOTE RESEARCH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THEOLOGY AND RELATED SUBJECTS OF EDUCATIONAL VALUE.2. THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THE SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE COLLEGE TRUSTEES FOR USE FOR THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY.
