ST Hugh's School (Woodhall SPA) Limited

(1) To further education (including social and physical) training of children attending St Hugh’s School, Woodhall Spa or any other boarding or day school or schools for the education of children in England & Wales.(2) To further the education of children generally by making the facilities and resources of any school run by the charity available for use by other recognised bodies of whatever nature registered in England & Wales, whose own aims and objectives involve the furtherance of education, including social, physical, religious and spiritual. (3) To provide all appropriate books, equipment, food, boarding and other accommodation for teachers and students and visitors at any school run by the charity.(4) To offer scholarships, exhibitions, prizes and rewards and to make grants and allowances to students or prospective students at any school run by the charity.(5) To provide playing fields, games courts, recreational grounds and buildings, swimming pools and other accommodation in connection with sports, games and pastimes of all kinds at any school run by the charity.(6) To accept gifts of any real or personal property for the general purposes of the charity or for any particular purpose thereof.(7) To promote any charitable company or companies for the purpose of carrying on any school or schools.
