1.A) IN ASSISTING APPLICANTS FOR THE PURPOSES OF EDUCATION (INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OUTSIDE OF SCHOOL); PROVIDED THAT CANDIDATES FOR THESE BENEFITS SHALL BE APPLICANTS RESIDENT IN OR ATTENDING A SCHOOL IN THE CIVIL PARISH OF WELLESBOURNE AND WALTON.B) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION, IN SOCIAL (INCLUDING CULTURAL ACTIVITIES WHERE THE APPLICANTS MENTAL HEALTH WOULD BENEFIT LEADING TO BETTER EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES) AND PHYSICAL TRAINING, OF APPLICANTS LIVING IN OR ATTENDING A SCHOOL IN THE SAID PARISH.C) IN THIS CLAUSE 11(1) ‘APPLICANTS’ SHALL REFER TO PERSONS AGED UNDER 25 IN FULL OR PART TIME EDUCATION AND NOT IN SUBSTANTIVE EMPLOYMENT. 2.IN ASSISTING ANY SCHOOL LOCATED WITHIN THE CIVIL PARISH OF WELLESBOURNE AND WALTON IN THE PROVISION OF EQUIPMENT TO BE USED BY PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL AS PART OF EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES WHICH PROMOTE EDUCATION, IN SOCIAL (INCLUDING CULTURAL ACTIVITIES WHERE THE APPLICANTS MENTAL HEALTH WOULD BENEFIT LEADING TO BETTER EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES) AND PHYSICAL TRAINING.
