SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENTS AFORSAID THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: (A) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 19 YEARS WHO HAVE SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS, BY THE PROVISION OF SPECIAL FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT OR OTHERWISE; (B) IN PROVIDING FOR SUCH PERSONS AS AFORESAID FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (C) IN RELIEVING SUCH PERSONS AS AFORESAID WHOSE SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS ARE ATTRIBUTABLE TO PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HANDICAP, DISABILITY OR ILLNESS, BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THEIR TREATMENT OR CARE OR OTHERWISE.
