(A) TO ISSUE AWARDS TO PUPILS OF SCHOOL AGE AND TO STUDENTS IN INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION WITH POWER FROM TIME TO TIME TO ANNOUNCE AMEND OR DISCONTINUE THE BASE ON WHICH THEY WILL SELECT THE RECIPIENTS OF SUCH AWARDS AND THE NATURE AND AMOUNTS OF SUCH AWARDS;(B) TO DEVISE AND GIVE EFFECT TO OTHER ARRANGEMENTS IN PROMOTION OF THE CHARITABLE OBJECTIVES, INCLUDING ARRANGEMENTS WHICH DO NOT INVOLVE PAYMENTS TO INDIVIDUAL PUPILS OR STUDENTS OR THEIR PARENTS;(C) SO FAR AS THE INCOME OF THE FOUNDATIONS SHALL NOT BE APPLIED IN ANY YEAR FOR THE CHARITABLE OBJECTIVES THE TRUSTEES MAY ACCUMULATE THE SAME FOR A PERIOD NOT EXCEEDING 6 YEARS AND INVEST THE ACCUMULATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHARITIES ACTS FOR THE TIME BEING IN FORCE AND THE TRUSTEES SHALL STAND POSSESSED OF SUCH ACCUMULATIONS AND THE INVESTMENTS FOR THE TIME BEING REPRESENTING THE SAME UPON THE SAME TRUSTS AS ARE HEREBY DECLARED CONCERNING THE INCOME OF THE FOUNDATION BUT SO THAT THE WHOLE OR ANY PART OF THE ACCUMULATIONS MAY AT ANY TIME BE APPLIED TO THE CHARITABLE OBJECTIVES AS IF THE SAME HAD BEEN INCOME ARISING IN THE YEAR IN WHICH THE SAME SHALL BE SO APPLIED.
