(2) IN PURSUANCE OF SUCH OBJECT THE TRUSTEES MAY PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN WORKSHOPS IN WHICH SUCH FACILITIES MAY BE MADE AVAILABLE: PROVIDED THAT NOTHING IN THIS SUB-CLAUSE SHALL PREVENT THE TRUSTEES FROM EMPLOYING PERSONS DISABLED OTHERWISE THAN BY BLINDNESS IN THE SAID WORKSHOPS.
