(A) THE TRUSTEES SHALL CONTINUE TO PERMIT THE LAND WITH THE BUILDINGS THEREON TO BE APPROPRIATED AND USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF A VOLUNTARY SCHOOL WITHIN THE MEANING OF THE EDUCATION ACTS 1944 TO 1988. (B) SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENT OF THE EXPENSES THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN EITHER OR BOTH OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- (1) IN PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS AT THE SCHOOL OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY AS MAY BE AGREED BETWEEN THE SCHOOL GOVERNORS AND THE TRUSTEES. (2) IN OTHERWISE PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS WHO ARE PUPILS OR FORMER PUPILS OF THE SCHOOL UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
