THROUGH MANAGEMENT OF COMMUNITY CENTRE ETC: TO PROMOTE GOOD RACE RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS GENERALLY AND PARTICULARLY BETWEEN RACIAL GROUPS PROFESSING THE MUSLIM FAITH AND ALL OTHER INHABITANTS OF THE SAID AREA.
