(4) THE NORMAL MAINTENANCE AND KEEPING IN REPAIR OF ANY PART OF THE PROPERTY REFERRED TO IN SUB PARAGRAPHS (1) (2) AND (3) OF THIS PARAGRAPH. B. THE RENEWAL REPLACEMENT OF THE ORGAN THE BELLS THE HEATING SYSTEM AND THE FIXED OR OTHER FURNISHINGS OF THE CHURCH.
