B. TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION AND FORMER MEMBERS OF THE FORMER REGIMENTS AND FORMER OR SERVING MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT WHO HAVE HAD REGULAR OR EMBODIED TERRITORIAL ARMY SERVICE, AND THEIR DEPENDANTS, WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
