(2) TO RELIEVE EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION OR MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT AND THEIR DEPENDANTS, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
