(D) TO PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE STOCKS OF SUCH CAMELIDS AND TO DEVELOP AND ADVANCE THE MOST EFFICIENT AND UP TO DATE METHODS OF REARING SAME. (E) TO PROMOTE DEVELOP AND ENCOURAGE THE IMPORT AND EXPORT OF CAMELIDS AND THEIR FIBRE IN SUCH MARKETS AS ARE APPROPRIATE.
