MARY THE VIRGIN AND WASHFIELD AND THE MONUMENTS, MEMORIALS AND ARTEFACTS CURRENTLY THERIN IN GOOD REPAIR AND CONDITION PROVIDED HOWEVER THAT IF AND SO LONG AS THE FIRST CHARITY SHALL MAKE DEFAULT IN MAINTENANCE AFORESAID THEN ONLY FOR THE CHARITIES AND FOR THE PURPOSES SPECIFIED IN THE SECOND SCHEDULE.
