    What

The Authority is seeking Bids from those able to provide the specified Associate Trainer services to the Authority on a call-off basis subject to demand by the client. Individual call-offs will be agreed with individual Associate Trainers and confirmed in writing and by the issue of an Authority Official Order. Bidders should be aware that there is no fixed demand level and cannot guarantee any work, however, we anticipate a high demand for this service. The Authority believes there is potential demand which can be developed into workload to achieve their vison for growth and sees the Authority's staff and any appointed Associate Trainers working in partnership to develop and service the need.

Other boards counts directorships that are current in the Companies House officer data; it does not say whether the people are the same without a matching date of birth, and is not proof of any link between the companies.

  • Absent is not zero. A figure shown as Not reported was not given in the accounts we hold. Small and micro companies do not have to file a profit and loss account, so turnover and profit are usually absent for them.
  • The 2016 row is partial: accounts filed before October 2016 are not in our set.
  • Accounts for years ending in 2025 and 2026 are still being filed, so the newest years may be missing.
  • Employees, cash and net assets are shown as Not shown when the filed figure is not possible (for example a negative headcount or negative cash).
Definitions
Total assets less current liabilities
Fixed assets plus current assets, minus what the company owes within a year. It is not total assets: cash can be larger than this figure when the company owes a lot in the short term. Where a filing does not give it, the table marks the fixed-assets figure used instead.
Net assets
What the company owns minus everything it owes. Also called shareholders' funds.
Turnover
Sales for the year. Only larger companies report it.
Accounts
The accounting framework named in the filing (for example FRS 102). Not stated means the filing does not say.
