Contracts are matched to this organisation by company number, charity number or exact name and postcode, never by fuzzy name. For a company, contracts awarded to companies it owns through Companies House ownership data are included and labelled. A value shown as not stated is one the notice does not give (or gives as 0 or 1). Every contract links to its source notice.

    What

G-Cloud 15 (GC15) is the replacement for G-Cloud 14 (GC14), G-Cloud 14 Lot 4 (GC14.4) and Cloud Compute 2 (CC2). It is the largest framework of its kind in the public sector. G-Cloud spend for FY23/24 was £3.1bn and Cloud Compute was £0.5m. The Public Cloud market (in the Public Sector) is estimated to be worth £6bn in 2024 according to the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and Government Digital Service. This includes services that have already migrated to cloud (under the Cloud first policy) and the potential for those services yet to move to cloud. G-Cloud 15 will introduce a number of further improvements, mainly focussing on increased playbook and policy compliance and intention to adopt a more traditional approach to evaluation, as seen on other GCA frameworks, these include: Leveraging the popularity of G-Cloud to incorporate Cloud Compute services which have historically been available through Cloud Compute 1 and 2, removing the need for Cloud Compute 3. Discontinuing Lot 4 and enabling both call off with and without competition in all Lots Social Value, Quality, and Price Evaluations delivered through the evaluation at scale project, pending digital enhance

Current officers

2iOccupation and nationality are held for only some companies and are not held for this one. Other boards counts directorships that are current in the Companies House officer data; it does not say whether the people are the same without a matching date of birth, and is not proof of any link between the companies.

  • Absent is not zero. A figure shown as Not reported was not given in the accounts we hold. Small and micro companies do not have to file a profit and loss account, so turnover and profit are usually absent for them.
  • Accounts for years ending in 2025 and 2026 are still being filed, so the newest years may be missing.
  • Employees, cash and net assets are shown as Not shown when the filed figure is not possible (for example a negative headcount or negative cash).
Definitions
Total assets less current liabilities
Fixed assets plus current assets, minus what the company owes within a year. It is not total assets: cash can be larger than this figure when the company owes a lot in the short term. Where a filing does not give it, the table marks the fixed-assets figure used instead.
Net assets
What the company owns minus everything it owes. Also called shareholders' funds.
Turnover
Sales for the year. Only larger companies report it.
Accounts
The accounting framework named in the filing (for example FRS 102). Not stated means the filing does not say.

Built from the corporate people with significant control records matched to UK companies (Companies House, Open Government Licence v3.0; ownership graph of 19 September 2026). Control is shown as the nature of control the controller declared; the group count includes only active majority holdings (more than 50%), so holdings of 25-50% are drawn but not counted. Overseas parents that are not on the UK register appear only when a company names them.
