- We seek to help Filipino families escape chronic poverty through nutrition, education, jobs and the adoption of self-reliance principals. RRF and RRIF mission is to help malnourished children. We fulfill this is mission through gardens that provide vegetables and protein for our feeding programs. We provide nutrition education in an effort to teach proper nutrition for young children.
