TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF AFRICAN, CARIBBEAN AND ASIAN WOMEN AND OTHER INHABITANTS OF THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF WALSALL:- A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF TRAINING (INCLUDING VOCATIONAL TRAINING) AND TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE AFORESAID WHO ARE IN NEED SO AS TO ENABLE THEM TO DEVELOP AND TO UTILISE SKILLS ACQUIRED AS A RESULT OF SUCH TRAINING; B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONGST THE AFORESAID BY ADVISING AND ASSISTING IN CONNECTION WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF GROUPS THE OBJECT OF WHICH IS BY MUTUAL RENDERING OF ASSISTANCE TO RELIEF THOSE NEEDS; C) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROVIDING FOR OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF NURSERY OR CRECHE FACILITIES TO ENSURE THE CRITICAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN DURING THE ABSENCE OF THEIR PARENTS; D) TO WORK TOWARDS THE ELIMINATION OF THE TREATMENT OF CERTAIN INHABITANTS OF THE SAID AREA LESS FAVOURABLY THAN OTHERS ON THE GROUNDS OF COLOUR, RACE, NATIONALITY, ETHNIC OR NATIONAL ORIGINS AND TO PROMOTE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY AND GOOD RACE RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS GENERALLY; E) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND TO RELIEVE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUCH OTHER MEANS AS SHALL FURTHER THE ABOVE OBJECTS
