THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN WALSALL AND THE WIDER WEST MIDLANDS AREA AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE;A) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS IN NEED BY THE PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF DAILY LIFE TO INCLUDE PROVIDING EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL SUPPORT, PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE IN ACCESSING SERVICES;B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF TRAINING, SUPPORT AND FACILITIES SUCH AS CV WRITING, FINDING JOB OPPORTUNITIES AND ADVOCATING FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED; C) THE RELIEF OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DISTRESS BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT SERVICES TO ASSIST IN THE INTEGRATION OF BENEFICIARIES INTO SOCIETY AND BUILD AND EXPAND UPON SELF CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM; AND D) TO PROMOTE RACIAL HARMONY BY WORKING TOWARDS THE ELIMINATION OF UNFAVOURABLE TREATMENT OF BENEFICIARIES ON GROUNDS OF COLOUR, RACE, NATIONALITY, ETHNIC OR NATIONAL ORIGINS AND TO PROMOTE EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY AND GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS GENERALLY.
