THE TRUST'S OBJECTS ARE TO PROVIDE A CULTURAL EXPERIENCE WHICH WILL ENLIGHTEN, ENTERTAIN, EDUCATE AND STIMULATE APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE, AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) THE RESIDENTS OF NORTHAMPTON AND THE EAST MIDLANDS BY:2.1 PROVIDING A WIDE RANGE OF QUALITY ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT WHETHER ON THE PREMISES BELONGING TO THE TRUST AT GUILDHALL ROAD, NORTHAMPTON ("THE CENTRE") OR ELSEWHERE; AND2.2 PROVIDING AN EXTENSIVE INTERLINKED INTERPRETATION AND EDUCATION PROGRAMME AT THE CENTRE OR ELSEWHERE; AND2.3 OPERATING THE CENTRE AS A PRODUCTION AND PERFORMANCE SPACE; AND2.4 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE DIRECTORS THINK FIT.
