(A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN GHANAIAN HISTORY, LANGUAGE AND CULTURE AND OTHER SUBJECTS PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE MPUASUMAN AREA OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA, WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD, PARTICULARLY SUCH PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF THEIR DISADVANTAGEOUS CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE UNMET NEEDS IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVING CONDITIONS AND TO DEVELOP THEIR FULL POTENTIALS AS FULL MEMBERS OF THE SAID COMMUNITY. (11) TO PROVIDE RELIEF FOR PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP, DISTRESS, SOCIAL EXCLUSION OR OTHER NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES BOTH IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ELSEWHERE. (111) FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
