TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF INDIVIDUALS IN SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN THE CITY OF BRISTOL, AND ESPECIALLY IN HARTCLIFFE AND WITHYWOOD IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETYC. THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY CULTIVATING A SENTIMENT IN FAVOUR OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY.
