(3) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS THROUGH THE SUPPORT AND PROMOTION OF RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT INTO THE CAUSES, DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT AND PREVENTION OF CARDIOVASCULAR AND RESPIRATORY DISEASE. (4) TO OR FOR OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES ANCILLARY TO CLAUSE (1) TO (3) ABOVE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
