FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PEOPLE BOTH MALE AND FEMALE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 AND OVER IN SUCH A WAY AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT INCLUCLUDING THE FOLLOWING:AWARDING SUCH PERSONS CERTIFICATES OF ACHEIVEMENT AND PROGRESS.PROVIDING THEM SUCH EDUCATION WHICH WILL ASSIST THEM IN FURTHERENCE OF THAT EDUCATION IN ANY FURTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT OF THEIR PREFERRED CHOICE.BY EQUIPING THEM WITH SUCH MORALS AND GOOD CONCDUCT THAT THEY WILL BECOME ROLE MODELS AND GOOD LAW ABIDING CITIZENS AND AN ASSET TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.TO ASSIST IN SUCH A WAY AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT ANY CHARITY IN BOLTON WHOSE AIMS INCLUDE ADVANCING EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25YRS BY DEVELOPING THEIR MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND MORAL CAPABILITIES THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES.FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE LEARNING FOR PEOPLE NO LONGER IN EMPLOYMENT THROUGH THE CONTINUAL DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING IN SUBJECTS OF EDUCATIONAL VALUE.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN OF THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE OF THE AGE OF 0-5 BY OPENING A DAY CARE AND NURSERY FACILITY AT THE CENTRE.
