PROVIDING TECHNICAL ADVICE TO GOVERNMENT AND OTHERS ON HUMAN RIGHTS MATTERS;6. CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS LAW;7. COMMENTING ON PROPOSED HUMAN RIGHTS LEGISLATION;8. RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES;9. PROMOTING PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS;10. PROMOTING RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS;11. INTERNATIONAL ADVOCACY OF HUMAN RIGHTS;12. ELIMINATING INFRINGEMENTS OF HUMAN RIGHTS.IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS SPECIFIC OBJECT BUT NOT OTHERWISE, THE TRUSTEES SHALL HAVE THE POWER TO ENGAGE INPOLITICAL ACTIVITY PROVIDED THAT THE TRUSTEES ARE SATISFIED THAT THE PROPOSED ACTIVITIES WILL FURTHER THE PURPOSESOF THE CHARITY TO AN EXTENT JUSTIFIED BY THE RESOURCES COMMITTED AND THE ACTIVITY IS NOT THE DOMINANT MEANSBY WHICH THE CHARITY CARRIED OUT ITS OBJECTS.THE PEOPLE WHO WOULD BENEFIT ARE:• BRITISH CITIZENS• BRITISH RESIDENTS• NON-EEA FAMILY MEMBERS OF BRITISH CITIZENS AND/OR RESIDENTSNOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICHARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
