TO ADVANCE EDUCATION RELATING TO THE BATTLEFIELD AND ASSOCIATED SITES, PARTICULARLY IN RELATION TO ALL ASPECTS OF MEDIEVAL HISTORY AND TO CARRY OUT RESEARCH INTO MATTERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SITES, AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.3.
