THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONG VULNERABLE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY BECAUSE THEY ARE UNEMPLOYED, HOMELESS OR WHO ARE STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY, BY THE PROVISION ADVICE IN RELATION TO HOUSING, EMPLOYMENT AND WELFARE, AS WELL AS OTHER AREAS WHICH THE TRUSTEES DEEM FIT.3. TO FURTHER SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINEFOR THE PURPOSE OF CLAUSE 2 ‘SOCIALLY EXCLUDED’ MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PART OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF BEING A MEMBER OF A SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DEPRIVED COMMUNITY.
