(3) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN GRANTED REFUGEE STATUS AND THEIR FAMILIES OR THOSE SEEKING ASYLUM IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND EUROPEAN UNION.FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CONSTITUTION, CHILDREN SHALL MEAN THOSE UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN.
