THE SOCIETY IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES IN THE AREA COMPRISING THE PARISH OF GOOLE WHICH AREA SHALL HEREINAFTER BE REFERRED TO AS THE "AREA OF BENEFIT".
